"My agent Alex Shattuck as well as John, who often is the one who answers when I call with questions or when Alex is busy with one of his other clients are incredible. They have worked with me every step of the way. I had a problem where I let my policy lapse while I had some repairs done to my vehicle (I only had PLPD) so I wasn't able to drive my car so while getting repairs done forgot to let them know why I let my policy lapse. Once my repairs were completed Alex and the rest of the team there were very understanding and had my policy back up and everything restored to normal like it never happened within a matter of an hour. And most of that time was me transferring money to make my monthly payment. I'd also like to add because my policy technically lapsed, they needed a few signatures to complete the new policy. I kept getting stuck for some reason, but once again Alex, John, and Kaitlin made it easy for me, and found the help # I needed to get the signatures done entered into the computer under my file on time to help ease my worries as well as avoid occurring any possible late fees. Thanks you guys you do an amazing job, and I'm so glad to be lucky enough to have you all on my team."

They add random polices to your account, they put insurance on the wrong vehicles at your house, fail to send insutance polices to your auto loan holder, and then their prices jump all over the place. They fail to tell you, you need to install some kind of tracker for cheap insurance. I have receipts if anyone wants to see them."
