"Run as fast as you can from this place. You will have no coverage on your vehicle even though you paid for it and think you have coverage.. any type of policy change you need to make it’s always an issue and never correct. Not to mention they cycle through new employees like underwear. I swear a new person answers the phone every day My experience was so horrible at one point I was calling this office every single day with a new issue for months. It’s now been a year and I’m just so tired of it. I gladly switched my policy to a different location. They don’t return missed calls or voicemails and they screen calls on who they wanna answer for. I would usually have to call from my Work Phone to get them to answer. You will end up with no coverage on your current vehicle and coverage on a vehicle that’s totaled and has been for over a year that happened to me twice two different vehicles. The list goes on with this place."

When you call, and they have to transfer you to a different department, they’ll either hang up on you or send you to the wrong department.
